We started with a simple idea: make hauling honest. Most local outfits hide the price until they’re standing in your driveway — a vague “estimate,” a buried fuel surcharge, a callback that never comes. We do the opposite. Every transport job is itemized down to the trailer, the miles, the fuel, and the labor, and the number is an upfront estimate you approve before you book.

Whether you tow it yourself with one of our cargo trailers or hand the whole thing to our crew, you get the same deal every time — an upfront price you approve, and we do what we say. If renting and doing it yourself is the cheaper move, we’ll tell you that too.

We’re based in St. George and run across Washington County and Iron County — from St. George to Cedar City and everywhere in between.

Ask most haulers what a job costs and you’ll hear “it depends” or “we’ll give you an estimate when we get there.” That vagueness isn’t an accident — it’s where the padding hides. An open-ended number means the price can drift up once your stuff is on the trailer and you’re not in a position to argue. We think that’s backwards. You should know what a haul costs before you commit, the same way you know what anything else costs before you buy it.

So every LoadPro job is a line-item estimate you approve up front: the trailer, the mileage, the fuel, and the labor, each on its own line. Nothing is bundled into a mystery total, and nothing is added at the curb. If the job turns out smaller than expected, the price reflects it; if something would change the number, we tell you before we do it, not after. That’s the whole difference between an estimate you approve and a bill you get handed.

It also means we’ll sometimes talk you out of the more expensive option. If renting a trailer and doing it yourself beats hiring our crew for your job, we’ll say so — we’d rather earn the next call than win this one on a number you didn’t understand. Transparent pricing only works if it runs both directions.
